Back online finally

Well it took a bit longer than I expected, but I've finally got the site online again.  The ordeal I went through trying to get internet installed at my new house was enough to fill a book, and all I can say after experiencing the difficulties involved is that Australia is severely lagging behind many other countries in terms of communications infrastructure.  In the end though, it's good to be back online again.

I'll be adding a new tutorial shortly, describing how to use the new security features in Seam 2.1.0 in conjunction with OpenLDAP.  Watch this space!

Site downtime

I'm currently in the process of moving house, and unfortunately it's going to take a couple of weeks for my new internet connection to get installed, so my site will probably be offline for a couple of weeks.  I apologise for this downtime, however it should be online again by 1st July if all goes to plan.

New Features in Seam Security

As promised, I've written a new article delving into some of the new security features included in the next major release of Seam.  Enjoy!

Downtime

I apologise if my site was down the last couple of days, I replaced the rich text editor I use for editing blog and article entries, and it seemed to break the whole site.  I've sinced replaced it with another editor (TinyMCE) that seems to work much better, and the site seems back to normal now.

My blog, reloaded

I've been quite slack lately with keeping my blog updated, however I hope to remedy this shortly. Keep watching this space for new information about the updated Seam Security API, including some in-depth tutorials delving into various aspects of the new features it provides.
